H'onchos
Half Poncho, basically.

As with everything, ANY adjustments/colors/fabric/crochet/knit, ETC - simply ASK. How much fun is that???

This is my gorgeous son. I made him this half-poncho because he walks a lot where he lives and he also tends to get warm easily. Unbeknownst to me, he stopped by for a visit and was ecstatic with this surprise I had made for him. It is rather hodge-podgie, but that was completely purposeful because I knew that he would appreciate that style the most. "Too fast-fashion/cookie cutter" would have cheesed him off so I kept clear of making that easily avoidable error in this design. I had started the hood at that time but only a few rows were done. The photo above is him wearing the poncho's hood and because he had made yet another impromptu visit I hadn't had the chance to remind him to bring it so I could attach the two pieces together. My daughter's birthday was upcoming and she loved the H'oncho, wanted one, so she , of course, wanted one. As I write this hers is, indeed, NOW done. And two more as well for my nieces. Photos will be taken soon. All have their own
personality and taste. I've used different methods to create them as well. Crocheted, I'll be honest. Except Kai's - Charlie's girlfriend's. Hers is knitted and crocheted as well.

Lots of updates in the past week. New job - still lousy money, but it's a side gig. Slouchy-Snoods were updated, a few anyway, debating if I like the bows to match the hats...Mercury and Venus are currently both in retrograde so the debate/decisions won't be looked at clearly until that passes. Those of you who follow what I just said will feel a flip in their own stomachs like reliving their own weirdness' as this is happening, the rest of you...just trust me. It truly is one breath at a time. But the trim I got this morning worked out ok. Just don't know why the "stylist" doesn't style the hair, she just cut it and I had to dry it myself with the air dryer in the bathroom of Aldi's and mousse from Walmart that didn't cost more than the haircut. See? Don't answer the survey question just yet. Only safe place to retreat after that was Mom's.
