#'s 5-8 are different from #'s 1-4 simply because the loop is on the right side as opposed to the left.  4 were made of each loop side.  Albeit it may not be of relevance to the customer but it is to me for the sake of inventory COUNT purposes.  The fabrics of #1-#8 all have the same fabrics on front/back/liner.
